Psychotherapy is a collaborative process of making the unconscious of the mind conscious, enhancing one’s health and happiness. By exploring entrenched belief systems, I help my clients unveil a liberated way of living with confidence and empowered presence.

Hello! My name is Margarita and I am a therapist and a doctor.

I believe that the native human nature doesn’t consist of chronic feelings of failure and self-criticism, but of kind self-acceptance and healthy self-confidence.

In my practice I support people, who long to be in harmony with who they really are, but are suffocated by worries, sadness, emptiness and anxiety. I guide them on the way to their authentic self and more fulfilling life.  During my medical studies, I first sought psychotherapeutic help myself. Thanks to my own experience, I know how transformative can having a true listening and unjudgemental ear be.

Apart from being a therapist and a doctor I also write, am a movie fan, an introvert, a closeted musician and a dog’s best friend. I love being a therapist and will never stop admiring my clients!

My approach

Using the cohesive lens of mind, body and spirit interconnection is crucial for gaining a deeper insight into human as a whole for me and for my clients. My main objective is to create a safe therapeutic space, where you can feel free to be your true self. I enter therapy with my whole heart and my authentic self. 

The main psychotherapeutic modality of my work is Gestalt, but in order to create an individual therapy for every client, I use elements from other therapy schools as well. The centre of all of them is our therapeutic relationship.

Trainee of the 5-year Gestalt psychotherapy programme in the Czech Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy Training DIALOG, accredited for health care providers, under the supervison of Helena Fišerová M.D., PhDr. Anton Polák and Juraj Rektor M.D.

Medical doctor in psychiatric and sleep medicine departments of National Institute of Mental Health, Klecany, 2018 – 2019


The rate for sessions is 800Kč per therapy hour (55-minute session + 5 minutes of organization) in case of regular weekly (or more frequent) sessions.

The rate for single or irregular sessions is 1000Kč per therapy hour.

Payment is accepted on site by credit / debit card or bank transfer (bank details: 2629491002/5500).

Cancelling policy: appointments cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full price during next visit.

This is a private practice, health services covered by the health-care insurance companies are not provided here.
